John Favreau has been in the multifamily industry for over 38 years and has spent the last 27 of those years developing institutional apartment and mixed-use communities.
Prior to forming Juno Realty Partners in 2021, John was a Managing Director and Development Partner at Hines. During his 10 years at Hines, John was instrumental in growing Hines’ newly created multifamily development platform throughout the U.S. West Region. Prior to Hines, John was a Development Partner at The Morgan Group, Inc. where he spent 13 years developing multifamily communities throughout California.
John has direct underwriting and execution experience in the acquisition, design, entitlement, development and management of over 10,000 units in 18 cities across California, Nevada, Washington and Utah.
John earned a BS in Construction Engineering Management from California State University at Long Beach and a Masters in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. He is a licensed real estate broker and an active member of both the Urban Land Institute and the National Apartment Association.
